1 – Does this program cost money?<\/div>

Yes \u2014 and no.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Travel Market Report, there is a free travel agents
\ntraining module. To register you need to be a travel agent.<\/p>\n

For hotels, there is a small USD$99 annual fee - which allows your
\nstaff to take unlimited online trainings as well as including 12
\nmonths recognition as an OutNowCertified location.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

2 – Who is the program designed for?<\/div>

The hotel module is designed for anyone working at hotels with a
\ncustomer-facing role. This can include Reception, Room Service,
\nRestaurant teams, Concierge services and more.<\/p>\n

The travel agent module is designed for anyone who works at a
\ntravel agent and wants to be able to become certified by learning
\nhow to deliver more informed, welcoming service to better serve
\nLGBT customers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

3 – Does the program certify each individual or the business?<\/div>

Learn.LGBT certifies each hotel and travel agent business after
\ntheir team commences training. We keep a watch that your team is
\nusing the system and will send updates to make sure you take full
\nadvantage of this innovative educational content with friendly
\nreminder emails.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

4 – How long does each training take?<\/div>

It can vary depending on how long each team member spends on
\neach training screen. Each module includes more than a dozen
\ntopics, plus a short quiz at the conclusion of each module.
\nGenerally people take between 10 - 20 minutes to complete a
\ntraining module.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

5 – Is the program online only?<\/div>

What about workshops or webinars?
\nThe Learn.LGBT program consists of three key elements: online
\ntraining, in-venue workshops and online webinars. Workshops and
\nwebinars are customised for each individual client and you can

6 – Who created this program?<\/div>
