Student Registration

Please fill in your details in the form below. You will then be able to train online and take the short multiple-choice quiz. You MUST click “SUBMIT” at the end of the quiz for your results to be recorded.

After you complete the quiz you should tell your responsible manager at your location who will then have access to your results.

Important Instructions - Read Carefully

1. Be sure to include both your first and last name in the form below.
2. You can only access the training once using one email address.
3. If you want to take the training more than once, you will need to use a different email address each time.
4. Do not close the window or stop the training until you have completed the quiz and clicked “SUBMIT” to enter your answers.
5. After clicking “SUBMIT” to complete the training, you should inform your manager you have completed the quiz.
